How Do I Get An
Order Started?

There are a couple of different ways to get started! We have the Quick Quote and

 Contact Us pages for a streamlined way to get in touch. You can also call, email us directly, or stop by! For the quickest results, please include any art work and details you have, including decoration method, quantity, apparel type, and any art work needed.

 

Is There A

Minimum Quantity?

There is a minimum of 12 items for any screen-printing jobs. This is to ensure we can get enough use out of the screen materials. However, there are no minimums for embroidery or heat press! 

Do You Charge Screen

Or Artwork Fees?

Artwork fees may be charged depending on the artwork. While they are usually not required, if there are many complicated changes or the artwork takes longer than usual to prepare, we will let you know ahead of time that there will be an artwork fee of $75. We also have a $50

one-time digitizing fee for first time embroidery logos. Everything else is covered by the item's price itself. We will never surprise you with unexpected fees, and we can always clarify any pricing questions you may have!  

How Is An Item's

Price Calculated?

Pricing for screen printed items depends on four factors: item style, number of items, number of locations, and number of colors per location. We take the base price of an item and then figure out the final price based on all of those factors. More print colors and print locations increases the price, while a higher quantity lowers the price per item. Embroidery and other products are different but take similar things into account. 

What Is Your 

Turnaround Time?

While it does vary from season to season depending on how busy we are,

our typical turnaround time is usually

two to two-and-a-half weeks.

We will let you know if we are expecting a longer than usual wait for items. If you need an order by a specific date, let us know and we will try our absolute best to get it done.

Can I Bring In My

Own Items?

Yes, that is an option! We may turn down some items, but we will always try our best to accommodate within reason. If you are unsure, feel free to bring it in and we can take a look. We also require that all items are new and unlaundered. Please do not bring in used apparel, and we reserve the right to turn down items for any reason.

Why Haven't I Received

My Online Order?

Please note that it does take about two to three weeks after the store closes for us to get all items made and sorted for distribution and/or shipping. No matter what date they are placed while the store is open, all orders and sent off at the same time. If it is within that time frame, please be patient as we fulfill all orders.
